Welcome to Ummify, India's #1 Best Muslim event management company. By accessing our website, using our services, or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully as they outline your rights and responsibilities, as well as important guidelines for using our services. Services Overview

Ummify provides event management services for Islamic events, including but not limited to Nikah ceremonies, Aqeeqah celebrations, corporate events, and more. We aim to deliver our services in accordance with your preferences and Islamic values. However, all services are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to refuse services at our discretion.

Bookings and Confirmation

• Booking Process: To secure our services, a signed agreement or acknowledgment must be provided along with a booking deposit.
• Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 10%of the total event cost is required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the event date.
• Booking Changes: Any changes to the event details (venue, guest count, etc.) must be communicated at least 14 days prior to the event date. We cannot guarantee accommodations for changes made after this period.

Payment Terms

• Payment Schedule: Payments must be made in accordance with the payment schedule provided in your booking confirmation. Full payment must be completed before the event, or we reserve the right to cancel the event.
• No Refunds: Once an event project has begun (planning, venue booking, etc.), no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures that costs and resources already committed to your event are covered.
• Late Payments: Failure to make payments on time may result in delays or cancellation of services. We are not liable for any consequences due to non-payment.

Cancellations and Postponements

• Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancellation by the client, the booking deposit is non-refundable. If the event is canceled less than 14 days before the scheduled date, the full event fee will be charged.
• Postponement: We understand that circumstances can change. If you need to postpone the event, you must notify us at least 21 days before the scheduled date. We will attempt to accommodate your new date, but cannot guarantee availability. Additional fees may apply based on the rescheduled date and availability of resources.

Limitation of Liability

• Event Execution: While we strive to deliver a flawless event, Ummify is not liable for unforeseen circumstances that may affect the event, including but not limited to: natural disasters, power failures, equipment malfunction, or third-party vendor issues.
• Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring that the event venue is suitable for the planned event and that all necessary permits and permissions are secured. Ummify is not responsible for venue-related issues that affect the event.
• Third-Party Vendors: Ummify may work with third-party vendors (caterers, decorators, etc.) to fulfill your event needs. While we ensure quality partnerships, we are not liable for any issues arising from third-party services.

Intellectual Property

• Content Ownership: All content, designs, images, and branding related to Ummify’s website and promotional materials are owned by Ummify and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from our website without prior written consent.
• Client Media: By using our services, you grant Ummify the right to use photos or videos from your event for promotional purposes unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.

Use of Website

• User Conduct: You agree to use our website solely for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from using our website to engage in any activity that could harm Ummify, including attempts to hack, upload malicious software, or engage in fraudulent behavior.
• Accuracy of Information: Ummify strives to ensure that all information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of any information and reserve the right to update or modify content at any time.

Force Majeure

Ummify shall not be held liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these terms if such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government regulations, war, labor disputes, and other unforeseeable circumstances.

Dispute Resolution

• Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through informal negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it will be referred to arbitration in accordance with the applicable laws.
